At CRN all staff goes through the process of internal assessment, induction and training.
Staff has a choice of further personal development by undertaking a variety of NVQ courses provided by our appointed vocational training centers: Train2Gain, Future Freedom; and can also train with BICSc of whom CRN Ltd is a member. In addition, CRN Ltd has signed up with the Government Skills Pledge Initiative to support staff in gaining the skills and qualifications required for them to increase their employability and is currently implementing Investor in People (IIP) Indicators to further promote staff growth within the company.

As a part of commitment to our staff CRN has created a Social Policy and Fund to support our long term Staff who find themselves requiring assistance. Our aims are to continue to have a healthy workforce in body and mind who are motivated and loyal and who are a credit to our company as they are the face the public see. The proof of the success of our policy can be seen in our employee retention figures which show that we have an overall retention rate of 82% - which is possibly unrivalled within the industry.
Furthermore to support our staff wellbeing CRN committed to pay all staff London Living Wage.
